I have used Jim Dempsey 2 times now for flipping houses. My husband and I sold him our house. Also my father

passed away and my mother needed to downsize and sold her house to Jim. Both house he gave us a very good cost for the shape the house was in. Also a great thing about working with Jim is that you can have the time line you need. With my house we had to move in 26 days to get the house we wanted and he accommodated our time schedule. With my mother's house after 43 years of living there we needed time to go through everything so we were able to wait a little over 2 months before we went to settlement which was so nice to not feel rush in the process. I have referred him to many people because he make the transition of moving so easy.
